A new update and now nothing works, no tracking, no addresses, nothing!!

Every Time The App is launched, it asks for the login details.. Sometimes it doesnt but most times it does Time consuming

I cant even log in with an error message regarding my details yet my login information works on safari!

I cant stay logged in, and it does not provide the information in an easy to use manner. It also does not update after I pick up my packages. It still says I have 10 packages I need to pick up which I have already received. It makes it very confusing to know if I have shipments waiting for me or not.

I like shop and ship but the last update is very bad No notifications and every time i open the app i have to log in It was not like that in the previous vesions

i like the application , its easy to use and there are many choices , i can get my address through this app ,btw Im a Libyan guy . Thanks .

Should sign in every time, the application not saving me account or my information.

Not working on iPhone

The application was fine, not a great one though, but since the last update, its crushing whenever I open it from the welcoming picture. Im using IOS 5.1.1

It was working just fine last week and I loved the app all in all. Till a few days back, I cannot log in to my account through the app anymore. It keeps loading data and nothing so far. Pls update to grant you back 5 stars. Thx

Please add all features as the website (tracking,payment,complaint,inquiry,contact us,update the profile & update address in the account). Now, its just a boring tracking app.

The new update doesnt sync with the site properly, it notifies me of new shipment but does not show up under the account!!! Needs fixing urgently

It will be great if "pay now" feature will also be available on this application. Regards

App requests to login when opened, tried logging in by entering my email / password then clicking the login button but nothing happens. I mean like nothing happens literally nothing happens.

Since the last update I am unable to even log into the app. Always stuck at logging in animation.

The user interface very poor it seems the developer is 10 years old. Get it more professional and easy to use.

I dont know which is worse, their app or their service.

Updates just as quickly as the website. Text doesnt always fit on screen but its not a big deal since I really dont need the tracking number or other things that long. 4 stars because it lets me check the info I want to look at quickly.

It used to be good without problems, now the application keeps crushing and closing all the time Im using iPhone 6 IOS 8.3

The app is crashing now all the time after the latest update
