Shop and Ship App Reviews

Although the new features especially paying for packages are very welcomed, this version is extremely unstable. I am constantly logged off and forced to log in with the user id and password again or the app closes down for no apparent reason. Id rather revert back to the old version, just to avoid having to log in every time.

The layout and interface of this new app update isnt that good, feels cramped. Previous version was better. Please update like the previous versions layout!

Bad service delivery and the always the delivery been late

Absolutely horrible app. Would give it zero stars. No features and app doesnt even work correctly. Always crashes. Stay away.

Both of your website and mobile app are not working for me properly, There is a shipment two days ago that just arrived in my account but the mobile app wont show it and now I cant see its status, and I cant view my addresses on the desktop site, if its not broken dont fix it, jeez!

The app is not working after updating to last version. It always gives an error. Please fix

Good App visual update. I would like to return to copy shipment number for tracking outside the App or sending the number to a driver for pick up. And, it still doesnt tell you how many days until the items arrive.

Could you please with all do respect fix this issue why did you make your phone app like HTML page it time out after sometime its my phone I dont need to keep logging in to my phone

I payed 45$ and at last app is not working and showing the shipping and all pls fix it as soon as possible we cant use like this app

Used to be good. Now, worse than ever: both internet site and this App. Wondering whether or not Aramex check the review section and erecting the situation.

The app doesnt work properly, I dont get notifications about the status of my shipments. Also, the app constantly crashes. Please update and fix those mistakes, most of the things that was mentioned in the update havent been implemented.

After the last update "downgrade" mobile app is not working. Good for you developers you have done a great job.

I cannot figure out how to get to my list of packages. I end up signing in TWICE, and by CHANCE got to the packages page. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL.
