Very bad application, when you trying to submit a declaration form the app keeps loading. And can’t open my package also from the laptop it the same issue. One star is fair enough.
I installed and reinstalled the app twice, every time I open it, it just shows the logo! And that’s it!!!
Although the facelift of the app is neat, the functionality took a turn to the worst? Why are companies so stupid they always destroy a working product? Never ceases across the board! Showing you the magnificence of the human brain farts masquerading as genius! This is about the App and by no means a degradation of the great logistics aspect

I loved the new design of app ,,, but the only thing is missing the easy way to pay by Apple Pay , it’s a must now … I wish the the team add it soon asap.
The latest update has made the app unusable for me, which is a shame because the service itself is excellent and the support is great. Unfortunately, the app feels like it was built by amateurs, dragging down the entire experience. Aramex really needs to invest in proper UX.
The new update causes error on shipment calculator
It’s so ridiculous how stupid the new UI is, old one was horrible but this is even worse. App functionality barely there as well, it doesn’t work most of the time.
Bad in every way not readable and without any logic not intuitive at ALL.

They have a policy that says they don’t deliver magazines unless they pile some. So I can have a magazine and waiting for it but they won’t provide any timelines, a waste of money service, to be honest. Horrible.

I open the app, and it keeps on loading with no end. Nothing appears on the screen. I can only go to the profile page. Terrible ! I need to go to the website to use the services.
Adding extra charges telling you its service charges and its random switching to dhl .
Aramex is the worst company I’ve ever come across. Don’t ever use them because they’re thieves and will steal your package then later tell you it was empty box received
The organisation is a joke and they don’t deliver a thing !!! 2 months waiting my order. Don’t try them. They will steal your order and sell it.
The new update is so confusing and and not use a friendly instead of simplifying the application you made it look like we are using it on computer screens, which is not applicable an awful awful update

Aramex management should assign the developer of the old app as well as the developer of the new app to answer calls of customers checking on their shipments 247 using his app which is trash. A school student would tell you this is stupid UI and useless and full of bugs and guess what, better find a better whole service.

سيئين جدا 👎👎👎👎👎 ما في خدمة عملاء ولا رقم للتواصل فقط عن طريق السوشال ميديا وكل رسالة يردون عليها بعد يوم اوردري مفقود وللان ما ظهر بالتطبيق وكل ما اتواصل معهم يطلبو حجة ثانية ما انصح حدا يستخدمه رح تدفعو فلوس وتركض وراهم على الفاضي لو انه صادقين وخدمتهم مميزة كان اقل ما فيها في خدمة عملاء

This App is a disaster! I have never had to deal with such a cheap and tacky service and app like this one! I can even develop better app than this one even though i know nothing about developing but im sure i will do better than this scam
App doesn’t work. I keep logging in and it’s not working. Tried logging in on the website it’s working perfectly. Many glitches on the App.
The service is very poor, with slow delivery of parcels, and very expensive.
It takes way to long to deliver and came broken NOT recommended. Also they ask if I want home delivery or pick up, I choose home delivery, then they send me “rescheduled, the shipment in hold” when I asked why they send me a massage”pick it up in 6 days or we gonna send it back to the seller” wth

Avoid Shop and Ship like the plague! This shady outfit, in cahoots with the disgraceful ArMex shipping company, not only mishandles packages but actively destroys valuable documents. They obliterated my Mexican birth certificate and "lost" my United States born abroad certificate – both of which took me an eternity and a small fortune to obtain. And if you think that's bad, hold onto your hat. The only package they manage to deliver is the one I insured – at an exorbitant cost, mind you. But wait, there's more! They had the audacity to charge me over 20% on some bogus inflated value for used tech. I shelled out $200 in so-called "taxes" for a $300 item! And let's not forget the initial shipping fee of $70 – highway robbery! Oh, and the cherry on top? They conveniently forget to mention that they'll hold onto your package for a month before informing you that you need to trek to the capital city, endure a godforsaken hour-long train ride, and waste hours drowning in paperwork just to retrieve a laptop and some shampoo. Save yourself the torment and steer clear of Shop and Ship and their accomplices at ArMex. You'd have better luck throwing your package into the nearest black hole – at least there, you won't be gouged for "taxes" and forced into bureaucratic purgatory.
This app needs a serious update, it has lots of issues and lags, so many features missing and it does not mimic the website. Every time I need something I have to login to your website and do which is annoying and should be in the app
Horrible app
Its the worst delivery platform you can choose. clueless, unprofessional, and clearly untrained. Total waste of money and effort. Am chasing my shipment for a week already and all what am getting from them we apologize will send an email for the relevant department and ask them to send it ASAP. Account deleted never dealing with them again

The whole system they’re using is absolutely terrible! Shipments always late , they don’t update the system always to see the status of you shipment Plus its very expensive even when u suscribe to flex I don’t recommend it it’s a headache !!!
The app, the service and the technical support are very poorly managed, have zero regard for quality or customer service. It is very slow. The support team close tickets without reading them or trying to help. This used to be a nice company, but no more.
You’ll have to chase your shipments, claim them in a lot of cases even after they’re delivered to your inbox. Transit takes forever and customer support is slow. The service is declining. It’s not what it used to be. Rates have gone up too.

This app will not log in unless you go and log in using a browser. If you have to do that, then there is no point in using the app. Come on Shop and ship, do better.
The app has not worked in over a year, however Customer Service is still making suggestions that require use of the app to solve the problem. You can’t even login, so how does one use features on the app to solve?! The whole company needs to shutdown for a while and revamp. The fact they are still operating with all these issues has to be some sort of crime. I can see a class action lawsuit in their future.
