App ruins the customer experience

Ive used the services of shop n ship for a while now and Im happy with their service. However, this App is so poorly designed, that it ruins my experience with this company. App doesnt work most of the time, crashes continuously and has very limited functionality. Even shop n ships website acts up when accessed through a mobile device or a mac.
